Mid-Level Account Lead (5–6 years’ experience)

At Open, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Account Lead to help drive client growth and delivery. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, shape change and communication strategies, and support clients as they navigate complex transformations — including digital workplace and AI initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading client engagements and supporting commercial growth
- Designing and delivering change and communication strategies
- Facilitating workshops and supporting behavioural design
- Advising on digital workplace experience and AI enablement
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure strong delivery

What we’re looking for
- 5–6 years of consulting experience (agency or international organisation preferred)
- A strong interest in change management and communication
- Solid project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with digital tools and transformation frameworks
